All Sales Final: We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any products.

Errors in Orders: If we make a mistake—such as creating a knife with incorrect features or options—we will work with you to correct the issue promptly. Please contact us at aaron@hestershollow.com within 7 days of delivery if there is a clear error in your order.

Services: Refunds for services (e.g., sharpening, repairs) are available up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled service. After this window, refunds are no longer available.

Classes: Refunds for classes are available up to 72 hours before the class date. After this window, refunds are not available; however, you may reschedule your class as all materials for the session will already have been purchased.
