Materials and care

Wash after use and dry thoroughly. Apply food safe oil or wax such as Hester's Humectant or something on hand like olive oil to apply a thin barrier for infrequent use. High Carbon Steel has superior edge retention but will also start to rust if left sitting in water. If cared for properly our knives and tools will serve you and your children.
